San Francisquito Creek is adjacent to our home in Palo Alto. I have always loved being close to the creek primarily because it serves as a buffer to DT Palo Alto and because the wildlife is still visible or traces thereof. I began painting the creek seriously about 10 years ago. The paintings below also include my interest in the landscapes contiguous to Palo Alto, primarily Mindego Hill off of Skyline Road .
